Kuwana mochi wheat is the Japanese wheat harvested in Mie prefecture.
Because they got glutinous in their starchy, you don't need add anything to make springy delicious taste but only this.
Since they use traditional stone mile, this helps you to enjoy not only their springy taste but also real natural taste of wheat and flavor of its when you bake pancakes, doughnuts, breads or pizzas at your home.
In 2015, they exhibited at Milan World’s Fair and presented Japan's new favorite wheat to the world.
