Here at our shop, you can use fresh ginger root to make your own Wasabi Pickles.

The recipe for our pickle coating has only three basic steps:

①Mince the wasabi
②Knead the sake kasu (the residual fermentation from creating sake)
③Mix in the wasabi and knead until soft
It’s as simple as that!

Our fresh wasabi is filled with refreshing taste and delicious flavour. We accept groups of up to 40 people, but visitors will need to hire an interpreter.

Please remember that depending on how used you are to using a kitchen knife, this process may take a bit of time.
Our shop is famous for our wasabi- we even created the “wasabi rice bowl,” now a local favourite!
