Pickles seasoned in sake lees: Naraduke (melon cucumber, cucumber, watermelon, Moriguchi daikon)
Naraduke of Shirayuki is contranct cultivated at local specialty using plant breeding for Naraduke. Thi is a great pickle which was pickled in "Shirayuki" sake lees more than one year! It does not use a fod additive.
This is Shirayuki Naraduke which is pickled in refined sake "Shirakuki". It is good for a small gift and limited to Itami.
