The method to extract the best taste of the original sauce was studied. After many trials and errors, they found the original blend for the rice crackers. Mature Worcester sauce made by Nanaboshi Sauce Co, Ltd., is used as an ingredient. After deep-fried dough with 100% non-glutinous rice, it is soaked into the sauce and added with a spicy flavor of chili pepper.
