The glass is shaped by being molded at high temperature and cooled down.
Glass works filled with light looks at first sight like standing quietly, however, it is made with massive amounts of high temperature and shows the passion of the artist.
We can never take our eyes off from the expressive glass figures.
In this exhibition, we selected contemporary glass works by the viewpoint of the shape of the creators’ passion from the collection of the Museum of Arts & Crafts ITAMI created by the artists from Japan and overseas. We will introduce about 25 works for you to enjoy the unique expression of glasses.
During the exhibition, we will exhibit and sell works by the artists who won prizes at ITAMI International Craft Exhibition.
