Featuring locally produced sake from Tochigi prefecture, 41 restaurants and ryokan (Japanese inns) will participate in this sake tasting event.
In Japanese, ‘kikizake’ means ‘sake tasting’, in which various kinds of sake are sampled in small amounts and compared with one another.
Sake produced in Tochigi is highly reputed throughout Japan, and as such a variety of delicious, high quality sake will be available at the event. A facility will also be set up specifically for enjoying a drink, meaning visitors will be able to enjoy sake-tasting as well as drinking at their own pace.
A ‘sticker present campaign’ will also be in place for all related posts on social media!
