Taking place from the 21st July to the 30th September, Kurume’s ‘gelato election’ fair will be returning to the Minohokuroku area in the eastern part of the city.
The fair features a huge variety of delicious flavours, including gelato made from locally grown fruit such as Kyoho (Concord) grapes, nectarine and mango, as well as Japanese style flavours utilising soy milk and ‘amazake’ (sweet fermented rice) - and even delicacies such as camellia oil.
Not only does each stand boast its own unique speciality, but a stamp rally will also be taking place for a limited time only at 8 participating gelato stands, with fantastic prizes to be won! More details can be found on the webpage below.
