Dobukuro is a traditional unrefined Sake in Japan. Basically, it is made from rice and malt. Rice grains remain because of the manufacturing process of not straining the liquid. It is delicious to drink straight or mixing with refined Sake.
There are three places you can taste Dobroku which qualified as the speciality for the first time in the Kanto region.
