Ohashi-roka Bridge was built for the lord and his attendants to come and go between the living area called Ninomaru and Nishinomaru with the Momijidani Teien Garden in Edo period. It is covered with a roof and cannot be seen from outside.
It is an unusually sloping bridge.
Because of about 11 degrees slope, the bridge has some steps to prevent slipping.
