"Ryushun" means keeping spring in Kanji characters.
It is located in Shiobara Onsen and called "Ryushun-no-taki".
Take a walking path from the parking lot along the prefectural road route 400 and cross the suspension bridge (20 m length), you will find the waterfall.
The name was given because the water dried out during winter for three months and started running from late spring and became a waterfall.
It seems that water does not dry up nowadays, but the gentle waterfall flow looks like keeping spring.
The scenery of the valley from the suspension bridge is wonderful throughout the four seasons.
Please visit when you come to Shiobara.
