In springtime, the vivid, contrasting colours of rapeseed and peach blossom make Misaka Farm’s Grape House the perfect place for flower viewing. Overlooking the magnificent landscape of the southern Japanese Alps, the peach blossoms can be enjoyed from late March to mid-April.
Visitors to the farm can also enjoy fruit-picking - peaches between late June and early August; grapes from mid-July to mid-November. In summer, a grape trellis with seating for up to 1200 people is a popular place for a barbeque, and in winter, ‘houtou’, the region’s delicious local speciality, can be enjoyed al fresco.
